近日，我司完成耐高温用俄标高铬铁素体无缝不锈钢U型管换热器制造并出口。

此批合同为三套U型换热器。主体为俄标GOST9941-81, 材质15X25T高铬铁素体无缝不锈钢U型管。我司制造管材后委托换热器制造厂家组装成换热器出口。换热器将用于俄罗斯某钢铁厂，利用高炉高温余热加热助燃空气。换热器入口温度大于1000摄氏度，出口温度小于400摄氏度。

15X25T类似于国内1Cr25Ti（新国标已废除此牌号）或者2Cr25N, 或美标TP446，或欧标1.4762/1.4749. 属于耐高温用高铬铁素体不锈钢。有抗高温氧化,抗高温还原气氛硫化物腐蚀，抗油灰腐蚀，抗熔融铜铅锡腐蚀等优异性能。但极难冷加工成无缝管。更难通过直接冷弯加工成U型管。此前国外只有瑞典的Sandvik和日本的几家钢管厂可以生产。

此批U型管的成功制造，表明我司在高铬铁素体不锈钢无缝管的生产能力上又上了一个台阶。在目前激烈的市场竞争中，能为客户提供真正高质优价的产品。
