Our ferritic stainless steel seamless tube 0CR13/410 is different

近日，我司生产完成一批铁素体不锈钢无缝0CR13/410换热管19*2*6010MM，提供给国内某知名换热器生产商，最终用户为中石化，客户对此批管材质量要求非常严苛。除满足正常标准要求之外还需通过以下测试：
1、0CR13换热器管须通过YB/T5362进行96小时的应力腐蚀实验；
2、0CR13钢管须通过NACE TM0177进行氯化物+硫货物应力腐蚀实验，经过720小时实验后试样无裂纹出现；
3、0CR13钢管须通过GB/T4334进行晶间腐蚀实验；
4、0CR13钢管的晶粒度应符合GB/T6394的规定，晶粒度不粗于6级。
最终在我司严格控制生产工艺下一次性通过中国石油天然气集团公司管材研究所及国家石油管材质量监督检验中心的检测！
