Successful completion of a batch of A268 tp405 ferritic stainless steel seamless pipes for Refinery

近日，我司顺利完成一批ASTM A268标准的TP405铁素体不锈钢无缝管。此批货物，无论从外观还是从内在质量来说都远优于标准要求。顺利通过了客户的第三方检验。从2013初至今，我司已成功生产了300多吨TP405的管子。绝大部分都是小口径的换热管。同等质量的产品，日韩等国企业的价格是我司产品的2倍以上。
据了解，TP405主要是用于炼油厂的常减压蒸馏装置换热器。因为此材质提供了恰到好处的性能，如应力腐蚀免疫，工作温度下（400-500摄氏度）无脆性产生，抗硫化物腐蚀，传热效率高，热膨胀系数小等。
TP405材质的管子，极易出现下列质量问题：屈服，抗拉，延伸性能不合格，扩口，压扁实验管口开裂，内外表面质量差，易生锈；甚至在使用过程中管体开裂。以上所有问题，都是因为没有真正掌握生产工艺及材料性能导致的。
