近日，我司一批铁素体不锈钢TP439无缝管顺利完成检验合格后出货。此批钢管将用于加热器。
TP439铁素体不锈钢无缝管，由于其优异的耐应力腐蚀性能，抗氧化性能，耐疲劳腐蚀较好，高导热性，低膨胀系数等优点，广泛用于各种换热设备。如电站高低压加热器，燃气电站余热锅炉，核电站汽水分离再热器， 空气加热器等。但如果制造工艺不正确，管子将非常容易产生：管体开裂， 表面质量差， 容易腐蚀（生锈），难于冷加工等各种问题。
目前，由于制造工艺麻烦，国内外主要是生产TP439的焊管，很少生产无缝管。但我司技术人员通过严格控制产品生产的全流程（包括炼钢的成分设计，冶炼工艺，热加工工艺，冷加工工艺等）， 非常顺利的生产出了无缝管。 管子的所有检测项目，都优于标准要求。完全达到了此材质的正常性能。在胀成型性能，晶粒度等方面也优于国外的焊管。此批货物的成功发运，标志着我公司能批量生产TP439铁素体不锈钢无缝管。为TP439无缝管在火电和核电行业
