近期，我司相继生产完成了几批1.4922（X20CrMoV12-1旧牌号，X20CrMoV11-1新牌号）欧标材质的无缝锅炉管，性能优异，顺利出货。
1.4922是欧标EN10216-2标准里面的最高牌号， 类似于国标1Cr11MoV，用于耐高温用电站锅炉管。 由于此钢种的生产工艺比较麻烦，材料的加工性能较差，国内目前很少有工厂能够生产此种材质的钢管， 特别是小口径的冷拔或冷轧成型无缝管。
我司生产的这几批无缝管，都是冷拔成型，尺寸精度高，组织性能均匀优异，通过了第三方的化学成份，室温机械性能，550摄氏度高温机械性能， 金相， 超声探伤，涡流探伤等检测。
