近日，我司生产完成一批17-4PH（AISI630）马氏体不锈钢无缝管，顺利出口美国。
17-4PH（AISI630）对应国标牌号0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb, 是时效强化马氏体不锈钢。具有高强度，高硬度，高韧性及良好的耐腐蚀性。广泛用于制造军工，石化，造纸，机械等行业的高强度，高压力的零部件。
此钢种有超高强度及特殊的组织，材料的冷加工性能较差，生产工艺比较复杂，国内目前很少有工厂能够生产此种材质的钢管，特别是小口径的冷拔或冷轧成型无缝管。我司此批无缝管，都是冷轧/冷拔成型，尺寸精度高，组织精细，性能均匀，强韧性及硬度匹配优秀，远优于热轧或热锻成型17-4PH无缝管。
由于我司的冷加工成型小口径17-4PH无缝管在保证高质量的同时，具有高的成材率，因此能提供给客户相对优惠的价格。免除了客户通过机加工打孔等方式加工成无缝管的低效率，高成本之苦，为客户节约了成本。
