近日，我司完成一批换热器用尿素级高纯S31002材质的无缝管的生产出口。
此种材质，主要于化肥工业，对材料的纯净度要求极高且必须通过严苛的美标ASTM A262 practice C法腐蚀检测, 具体为5个阶段，每阶段48小时，年腐蚀率不超过0.1mm（敏化态不超过0.2mm）。
此种不锈钢钢管，之前只有欧美及日本的企业可以生产，如瑞典Sandvik，zhuanli牌号为2RE10。客户询价时，并不相信中国的企业能生产出来。因此从原材料到成品管都严格抽检。最终，经过我司制订准确的成分控制标准，冶炼工艺，冷加工工艺等生产工艺控制，生产出了合格的产品。 我司成品管不但化学成分合格，其他性能符合标准要求，同时A262 practice C法腐蚀检测也优于客户要求。实际值为年腐蚀率0.07mm（敏化态0.15mm）.
