近期，我司完成多批次国内石化用TP446-1铁素体不锈钢无缝管出货。这些铁素体钢管用来制作废硫酸再生系统焚烧炉高温换热器，尺寸为33.4*6.4MM，最终用户为中石油，中石化。这种材质在此环境下比普通奥氏体有更长的使用寿命和更好的导热性，更低的膨胀系数。
TP446-1/TP446-2为高铬铁素体耐热不锈钢。 相比于奥氏体耐热不锈钢，铁素体耐热不锈钢有优异的耐高温还原性含硫气体腐蚀，耐油灰腐蚀，抗高温氧化，抗熔融铜、铅、锡的腐蚀。 TP446-1一般使用温度低于1100摄氏度, TP446-2一般使用温度低于1075摄氏度。
